On-Site Registration: April 9-12, 2025

Early, Regular, and Late Registration for the 2025 FATE Conference, Next/Now, are now closed.

On-Site Registration can be done at the FATE check-in and registration table in the atrium of the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner during the conference. On-Site Registration starts at 4pm on April 9th.

Conference Registration and FATE Membership required to attend the 2025 FATE Conference.

Regular Registration
Nov 2, 2024 - Feb 1, 2025
◦ Full-Time Faculty: $475
◦ Part-Time Faculty / Other: $400
◦ Student: $285

Late Registration
Feb 2 - Mar 30, 2025
◦ Full-Time Faculty: $525
◦ Part-Time Faculty / Other: $500
◦ Student: $370

On-Site Registration
Apr 9 - 12, 2025
◦ Full-Time Faculty: $525
◦ Part-Time Faculty / Other: $500
◦ Student: $370

The Full-Time Faculty category includes all faculty who are full-time.

The Part-Time Faculty/Other category includes all faculty who teach part-time, excluding graduate teaching assistants, and independent scholars.

The Student category applies to anyone currently enrolled in a graduate program.
